"With about 45% of U.S. dogs suffering from obesity, according to the Association for Pet Obesity Prevention, experts are urging canine owners to provide their pets with regular exercise and workouts especially during the holidays. Experts recommend consulting a veterinarian about safe workout routines to avoid the risk of overworking dogs."
Just because you may have a backyard that your dogs can roam in, that does not constitute exercise.
Remember: Some exercise is better than no exercise. Not only is it good for your pets, it is good for you!
